The UMC's research and evidence-based practice council would like to invite all healthcare professionals (including students) to participate in the 8th Annual Poster Symposium Day/6th Annual Virtual. The specific aims of this event are to:

• Communicate to our community and beyond the research and evidence-based practice conducted at UMC.
• UMC continues to look for ways to support our vision of being a premier academic health center and a pathway to excellence and journey to magnet organization.

• Describe health-related research and quality improvement projects previous implemented or projects that are planned to be implemented.
• Describe content learned from the knowledge enhancement posters.
